Luke

Luke became part of our family in October last year, and now we can’t imagine life without him! He’s a sweet, gentle boy (with very long legs!) He is very affectionate – he loves his cuddles and, if you are sat on the floor he will attempt to get close, usually by sitting on top of your legs! He enjoys his comforts such as blankets, a huge snuggly bed and – his favourite – his squeaky toys.

Luke is adorable and very sneaky too. He will steal hats, scarves, gloves, slippers, paper, and anything else he can get his paws on! He doesn’t chew them instead he takes them back to his bed as part of his collection. As I type this he has one of my slippers lying next to him on his bed.
He loves his walks and tries to sniff absolutely everything he can. Luke is such a good boy, even when we let him off his lead for a run – he always comes back when he’s told, usually with a stick in his mouth! He has had surgery on his legs in the past, but doesn’t let that slow him down as whenever the doorbell rings or one of us comes home, he runs full pelt towards the door.

He really is a lovely dog with a sweet and cheeky personality. He has brought us many cuddles, laughs and searches for our slippers!
